Synopsis

Shawn Lang takes a job as a night guard at a museum in A City for 10,000 dollars a day and expects to spend the shifts doing very little. The antiquities in the building move. On the first night he finds a broken bronze statue of an eight-armed Asura, and because restoration work is what he knows, he repairs it. When the last crack closes, an old power runs into him. The repair also shut down an S-class disaster that would have levelled the city, which he does not know he has done. People begin talking about a new guardian nobody can identify.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
