The Heiress Is Back, Three Brothers on Their Knees

In the Beaumont house, Blair Beaumont's mother is being beaten by Blair's three older brothers, who call her a homewrecker. Blair's father has put the family maid in his wife's place, and the maid is now addressed as Mrs. Beaumont. Blair walks in on all of this when she comes home. She is eighteen, and for the past three years she has been away preparing to take over the family business, her family being the richest in the United States. She came back to announce herself as the next head of it. When she left, her mother was the best-loved person in the house.
