The Barbecue Throne: A Hero's Awakening

A foreign country has a plot in motion against Brain Hollis's homeland, and his father's death is tied to it. Brain knows nothing about any of this. He runs a barbecue stall with his mother and the two of them get by on what it brings in. His girlfriend cheats on him to his face. A local man mocks him over it, and Brain has to use his real strength, which brings the man down. Not long after, Erica, a woman from a noble family, proposes marriage to him. Once the local man is out of the way, Brain finds the foreign plot behind him, and the truth about his father's death along with it. His own family background comes out at the same time. To stop the plot he fights the man running it and the forces behind that man.
