Bound by Fate

Chester Sheeran needs shares in the group, and for that he needs a fiancée. At a dinner he picks one of the waitresses, Yara Wilson, more or less at random, and the two of them sign a marriage contract. He has no feeling for her at first and treats her badly, though he will not let her go near other men. During the arrangement they start to fall for each other. Neither of them knows that they were separated as brother and sister in childhood, with a jade pendant as the only token of it. Hailey Wilson, the adopted sister Yara grew up with, presents herself to Chester as his lost sister. Jane Sheeran, an adopted daughter in the Sheeran household, exposes Hailey, and Chester and Yara settle back together. Jane then finds out that the two of them are not blood relations after all and starts working to pull them apart.
