Synopsis
A doctor's fiancé goes missing. Her stepsister then shuts her in a basement, keeps her working there for three years, and puts her own name on the research that comes out of it. When the fiancé returns, he is told that the doctor took her own life days before he got back. The stepsister produces a forged letter in the doctor's hand leaving her body to brain research. The stepsister has an operating room prepared for a craniotomy to be performed while the doctor is still alive. The fiancé asks to see the body and is refused, and he forces the doors of the operating room.
