Synopsis

Shawn Chandler is thrown 500 years into the future. In the era he lands in, supernatural beings have returned to the world, and countries are forced to summon spirits to fight one another in arena battles. Esca is close to collapse. It has lost touch with its own supernatural heritage, and the other nations keep invading it and mocking it. Shawn steps in on Esca's side, saying it is time to show the others what real Escan terror looks like.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
