Building the Joy Sect in the Apocalypse

After the apocalypse, order collapses. People with abilities appear, graded up through S and SSS, with a few past even SSS. The strongest of them form the Seclusion Association to build a new order of their own. The government tries to keep the old order going from its military bases and is barely holding. Frank awakens the Joy Sect System. Every step he takes toward rebuilding the Joy Sect makes him stronger. His first recruits are a few women. Recruiting one of them puts him on the wrong side of an outfit called Skull Tower. He has a system task to finish, so he walks into Skull Tower to recruit disciples there, and its master turns the whole tower on him. The system has given Frank the Immortal Slaying Array, and Skull Tower's ability users go down easily. As the array closes on him, the master tells Frank that killing him means certain death, that Skull Tower was only one experiment in a deification project, and that behind it stands the Seclusion Association, which takes nobody below S rank. Frank is not bothered. The Joy Sect has a protective array of its own that the Association's people cannot get through. Skull Tower falls. The Association's leadership sends an SSS to find out what happened, and the news reaches the military as well. They send a woman officer to win Frank over. Frank is willing to help the country but does not like to say what the sect's cultivation method is. She keeps asking until he tells her it is dual cultivation. He recruits her into the Joy Sect and pulls some low-grade techniques out of the sect's library for the army. An SSS from the Association arrives at the base, and the military keeps it from Frank at first. Several generals go up against him and lose. Frank is only called when the base is about to fall. He beats the SSS without trouble and passes the army a formation the system gives him. The Association wants to wipe the base out, but the military's top brass arrive to talk peace, and the Association, wary of the army's biggest weapon, agrees to send someone to negotiate terms with Frank instead. The officer sits in on the talk. The negotiator pushes, she tries to smooth it over, and Frank loses patience and kills him. Ability users begin harassing military bases in several places. Frank recruits zombies and ability users into an outer sect and teaches them dual cultivation. The Joy Sect grows fast, and Frank with it. The sect begins posting missions of its own, with rewards for killing Association ability users.
