From Underdog to Overlord

The Xia family is a family affiliated with the Mingshan sect, a major martial arts sect. The head of the family, Xia Gaitian, regards the family's success as his life creed. The Xia family's adopted son-in-law, Sui Jing, was also mediocre in strength and was looked down upon. Xia Gaitian once wanted to reconcile with his daughter Xia Yan and find another husband, but unfortunately Xia Yan refused. During the Mingshan sect competition, the Xia family, which originally wanted to make a name for itself, encountered a huge crisis. The eldest son and second son, who were usually outspoken, were easily defeated and begged for mercy. However, the dull and useless third son-in-law unexpectedly burst out with amazing strength and became the savior of the Xia family.
