The GOAT Returns: Back to Rule the Game

After leading Veloria National Team to victory over Florava in the Global Cup, the captain, Colin Whittaker, is ambushed and murdered by his own vice captain. He is then reborn in the body of a young man with the same name, a down-and-out youth who has not even qualified for the youth training program.
