Jack Morgan owns Skyline Airways and controls a large share of the capital behind it. For the airline's first flight he puts on a maintenance worker's uniform so he can see how the company actually runs. On board, a flight attendant named Sophie and a senior executive named Derek look at the uniform and treat him accordingly. A thunderstorm hits mid-flight and no nearby airport will take the plane. Jack brings it down on his own private racetrack, and the passengers and crew learn who he is. Emma, the chief purser, asks him to pose as her boyfriend so her family will drop the marriage they have arranged for her. He goes along with it and puts down her friends and Tyler, the suitor, each time they talk down to him. His son Noah is then drawn in by Blackwood Capital, whose people use him to set off a crisis in the company's shares. Jack settles it with his own money.
