Leon Taylor went to prison for a hit-and-run he had not committed. His girlfriend Ginny asked him to take the blame and he served three years for it. On the day of his release she was waiting with her new boyfriend, Jack, to make a scene of it, and she told him the rest: Jack had been driving, and she had been using Leon since before any of it started. They taught him martial arts and qigong, then handed him Elysium, an organization with trillions in assets and the reach to move the fate of nations. Once he had it, Leon learned that the two of them had arranged a marriage for him as well, an engagement to Emma Bellamy, who runs the Bellamy Group in New York. Ginny and Jack wanted in with the Bellamy Group, and they kept coming at Leon.
