The Delivery God of Two Worlds

Leo dies in an accident and wakes up with a delivery system that lets him move between his own world and a fantasy world where people are starving. The system gives him delivery jobs to complete there. On one of those runs he meets a girl buried in debt she cannot pay, and he clears it. He also works out what the two worlds are worth to each other. Rare materials that are worthless where they sit turn into money back home. There is gold in the other world, so he takes it. Medicine costs too much in his own world, so he buys the factory that makes it. Trading in both directions, he goes from running deliveries to owning a great deal, and starts on the road to becoming a god.
