AnoMart: Rules of the Wasteland

Survivors pay in hexcoins at Justin Lowe's supermarket. What they carry out is prehistoric snacks, high-tech weapons and supplies that come from no supply chain anyone can point to, and each sale upgrades the store, which puts stock on the shelves stranger than the last lot. The staff are S-rank anomalies. Outside the shop they are what everyone else is running from, and inside it they clock in, take instructions and keep the shelves filled. Justin's family threw him out for having no talent, before any of this. He opened the store after the world ended and has run it on plain commerce since. Over the anomalies there is a lord with the reach to destroy the planet. Rival bases come at the shop, people try to have him killed, and he gets pulled into the power struggles among the survivor camps, which he gets through by argument and nerve.
