The Croft family treats Dashiell as worthless. He has a circuit ability at god level that lets him control anything alive or built. He finds a Valkyrie close to death in a dungeon and buys her for pocket change, then rebuilds her circuits and keeps her on as his sword servant. After that he takes in a cat-eared assassin out of the Shadow Guild, the AI core of a tower, and an ancient mecha girl. He then breaks a Holy Maiden and the commander of the Valkyries and brings both under him. The imperial house sends assassins after him, the Shadow Guild moves to seize a body, and the Pope sets up a plan to bring a god down by sacrificing a whole city. Dashiell and the five women open a combined technique called Ultimate Overload and go at the god with it.
