Rogue Lawyer

A defence lawyer who wins gets the acquittal, and the victim's family is left with it. Frank Todd defended a suspect and cleared him, and the victim's family killed Frank's father for it. Frank held himself responsible and dropped out of the work for six years. A labourer who had helped him through that time was hurt on a construction site. Hewest Construction refused to pay the injury compensation. Frank went back to court over it with the legal aid lawyers Shirley Ingle and Wendy Wallace, and they won the compensation. What sat behind the refusal turned out to be larger than the one claim.
